THE CHALLENGE
Onward Energy is building a new Sourcing Analytics function to provide the spend, supplier, inventory, and category intelligence that underpins enterprise-wide sourcing and procurement decisions. As a key early hire in this function, the Sourcing Analytics will establish the foundational data infrastructure — including the enterprise item master, spend cube, and category taxonomy — that will drive sourcing prioritization and operating model capabilities across all sites and business units.
In this role, you will partner closely with sourcing leads, procurement, finance, and operations to translate analytical insights into prioritized sourcing actions, measurable value capture, and sourcing pipeline prioritization. This position represents an initial entry into this capability and a natural pathway into Category Management as the organization matures.
